About this course
There are no formal entry qualifications, however, for the Diploma you must have a good understanding of the English language and this and your numeracy skills will be assessed before the interview, at which you must achieve at least Entry Level 3 in Numeracy and Literacy.

Course Description:

Course Content:
This course covers:
· Different Job Roles in Business, Retail and Administration
· Developing Customer Service Skills and Personal Effectiveness
· Financial Management
· Health and Safety.
There will also be the opportunity to develop Basic or Key Skills in the areas of communication, application of number and IT.
Assessment:
Assessment is by a mixture of internally-assessed assignments and external examinations.
Next Steps:
Although there are opportunities for employment following this course, you may wish to further your studies by undertaking the First Diploma in Business, the First Diploma in Retail or the Secretarial Administration Edexcel Diploma, depending on which areas you
enjoyed most and showed most aptitude for.
