programme (CACHE)

What will I study?
This course has the following seven units of study:

·Personal Development (including work experience assessment)

·Human Growth and Development (birth to old age)

·Food and Nutrition

·Health and Safety Practices in Home and Group Care Settings

·Care of Children

·Play and Practical Activities

·Orientation to the Work Programme

All teaching staff have experience in the industry as well as being qualified teachers.
Level: 1

Entry Requirements:
Progression/Careers: Students can progress to a level 2 programme in Childcare or Health and Social care, if they pass the course at a Merit or Distinction level.

Costs/Equipment: Course costs: min £70 for CRB check. Your course textbook will be included in the cost
