Your area of study will include: Health & Safety Regulations; Setting Up and Using Portable and Floor Mounted Machines; Prepare, Set Up and Utilise Machines for Various Opeartions; Contribute to the Provision of a Safe Working Environment.

You will be given the opportunity to study some of the units bilingually.

What can I do when I have successfully completed the programme?
Successful completion of this course will enable you to progress onto a Level 3 course, a BTEC National Diploma, or local or selfemployment. The Certificate is an essential requirement for entry onto the Level 3 Furniture Making course.
