Full Time Childrens Care, Learning and Development BTEC National Certificate Level 3

BTEC NATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN CHILDREN'S CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
You will learn all aspects of childcare including theory and practical knowledge. You will study two days per week in College and spend two days in work placement in either of the following areas - primary schools, nursery schools, day nurseries.

(This course requires 4 GCSEs including Maths grade C or above)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
3 GCSEs grade A* - C (including English Language) or Childcare & Education CACHE Certificate Level 2. Informal interview. Police check (CRB) and references required.

PROGRESSION
Assisting Learning Foundation Degree, Early Years Foundation Degree or Employment

CAREERS IN CHILDCARE
There are many diverse careers you can enter through studying Childcare. You could work as a: Childcare Worker, Children's Activities
Holiday Rep, Childminder, Early Years Practitioner, Nanny, Play Worker, Social Worker, Teacher, Teaching Assistant or Youth Worker.
