Course Description
If you are looking to pursue a career in rural/vehicle mechanisation and want to work with highly mechanised operations, this course will provide you with a nationally recognised qualification. This one year full-time course will provide you with the necessary skills and technical ability to undertake the servicing and basic repairs of tractors, heavy plant equipment and a wide range of machinery used exclusively in the agricultural and horticultural sectors. You will spend two days in a week in college and ideally three days a week in the work place.

Employment in a variety of occupations in dealerships, garages, heavy plant maintenance, farming and self-employment
