Is the course for me?
The B.T.E.C. National Diploma in Construction is a full time course which runs over two academic years. It will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge at a technical level to enter employment as a trainee in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Site Management. If you wish to work in the construction industry this course is an excellent starting point, you may use this as a progression route onto higher level courses prior to specialising.

Structural calculations and the environment

How will I be assessed?
Each unit is assessed individually and consists of written assignments and time controlled assignments.

What can I do after the course?
Your prospects on completing this course are excellent. Students may proceed to university or study a relevant degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
