You will be investigating the Creative and Media sector and working with professionals on projects which will develop your skills and give you an insight into employment opportunities. There are three main parts to the qualification: Principal Learning '" six comprehensive units which cover the Creative & Media area. Generic Learning '" Functional Skills which cover English, Maths and ICT work experience and an Extended Project. Additional Specialist Learning '" additional or complementary qualifications, such as AS Levels or a BTEC short course.

How will you be assessed
Assessment takes place throughout the year in the form of assignments, course work and group discussions and at the end of the course you will gain an overall grade.

What can you do after course
The qualification is equivalent to 3.5 A levels. You will be able to continue into Higher Education studying a specialist degree or seek employment in the Creative & Media sector.
