This full-time programme is designed to produce the future supervisors and managers of the hospitality industry, (Front of House - Restaurant and Bar Service) alongside the necessary theory to underpin your knowledge in these areas.

C&G (HAB) Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Level 3
Progression Routes
Foundation Degree in Hospitality and Events Management or employment opportunities - locally, nationally or internationally for committed and successful students.
Modules
Modules include: Health & Safety Supervisory skills Solving customer problems Maintain drink service Supervise a function Continuous practical and theory assessments take place throughout the year.

Additional Costs
Kit and materials cost approximately £200.00 for new students and £100.00 for progressing students. All prices indicated must be considered as estimates. When enrolling, £20.00 for trips will be required.
