Additional info:
Sports Academy learners will receive 6 hours professional coaching per week and compete in regional and national competitions on Wednesday afternoons. Academies include football, rugby, basketball, netball, boxing and various individual sports.

Progression:
Higher Education or Degree course or employment within the sports industry. Careers include sports development, sports coaching, teaching and fitness instruction, leisure management, media and sports journalism.
