This course allows students to gain a broad and sound appreciation of film in relation to analysis, industry and production. Entry requirements
You will require 4 GCSEs, with English at grade C or above preferred.

What will I study?
The modules you will study are: Module 1: Making meaning explores such things as editing, sound, camerawork, genres and narrative in film. Module 2 looks at film production and audiences. Module 3 attempts to explore films for deeper messages that they may carry.

How will I be assessed?
Assessment is my means of one coursework portfolio and two written examinations.
