Course Description: This programme has been developed to meet the needs of students interested in a career within the hospitality and catering industry. It will allow them to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into employment and/or continue their study in the vocational area.
The programme consists of an Edexcel Certificate in Skills for Working Life (Hospitality & Catering) Entry level 3 with various additional programmes added to meet the needs of the industry.

Progression/Career Opportunities: On completion of this qualification students may progressing to other Further Education programmes at Introductory Diploma or NVQ level in related vocational subjects. Alternatively, students may seek employment in a variety of sectors related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism.
