Is this course for you
This course is aimed at individuals who would like to eventually work in the computer gaming industry. It will give you experience in the skills to design, programme and develop computer games to run on today's technological systems. The course will give you a broad range of experience in a variety of areas of games development. Students will be required to be creative, artistic, researchers, programmers, theorists, story writers, sound recorders, photographers and advertisers. As well as the design and theoretical elements of the course, there is a requirement to play, test, review and evaluate games on a number of consoles.

Games Club - The college provides access to consoles; PS3, XBOX 360, Wii and PC GAMING during the course. Key Skills/Functional Skills - you will be expected to undertake these at the appropriate level.
