Course Description
The HNC/HND is offered in conjunction with the University of Glamorgan and is located within a purpose-built Hospitality Suite at the Neath Campus. It includes the highly valued specialism of gastronomy, which will make the learners particularly attractive to catering employers.
Learners experience a variety of teaching methods including lectures, seminars, practical kitchen and restaurant work and industrial visits, augmented by a period of work experience.
