Level 5 Wisemore Campus Two years part time or one year full time following successful completion of the HNC Fine Art

This exciting new programme allows learners the opportunity to develop their creative skills on our highest level Fine Art course. The development of a highly individual working practice in a diverse range of media is actively encouraged and participation in presenting and exhibiting artwork is an integral component of the HND programme.

This course has been designed to offer progression for those who have some prior experience in Art and Design and especially suits those who have completed the HNC in
Fine Art (please read HNC Fine Art programme description).
The HND will therefore be delivered across one year and will encourage you to adopt professional approaches leading to further study or employment within the arts sector and has been developed for individuals who want to maximise their artistic potential.
We encourage a highly personalised approach and with intensive studio practice aim for you to develop your own Fine Art identity. Many projects link with industry based assignments and the department creates exciting opportunities for learners to experience including possible trips to Europe or America.
Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to utilise a wide range of both traditional and non-traditional materials and techniques including analogue and digital media.
Homework or private study is required.
