Is the course for me?
This course is for students who know that their main aim is to have a career in the Fashion Industry, whether it is the buying aspect of the Fashion retail world or the actual designing of Fashion garments. After studying at this level students will have a broad understanding of the Fashion Industry, its demands and expectations and will be able to progress to a higher level course of study either HND or degree level.

What will I learn?
The course begins with an introduction and taster of all different aspects of Fashion, through drawing, research gathering and design development, students will begin to understand the potential of this creative area. There will be an exhibition and fashion show at the end of the year, where we will celebrate student success. As the course is two years the second year will be more specialised, students will concentrate on their individual selected pathways and produce a body of work that reflects this investigation.
