Successful completion of the course will enable you to gain employment as a Restaurant Manager, Catering Supervisor, Hotel Manager, Public House Manager, Kitchen Manager, Chef de Partie, Restaurant Supervisor or Catering Owner, Housekeeping and Reception.

This course is ideally suited to persons involvwed in supervising, junior management or those with relevant trade experience and/or NVQ level 2.
