Students on this course enjoy the practical nature of the course and being part of a good team. Skills are gained in traditional, practical and theory classes before moving on to cooking and serving. At Cardigan Coleg Ceredigion has a first class restaurant open to the general public where you prepare and serve the food and drink under the expert guidance of our teaching staff. This course gives you the knowledge and experience to be able to go out to industry to take up employment.

Duration
Cardigan - 2 years full time;
Aberystwyth - 1 year, 3 days per week with 2 days in work placement or by day release if in employment.
