What will I study?
You will study both practical and theoretical subjects. This course is practically based, you will work within the Hospitality & Catering Industry as part of the course.

How will I be assessed?
Assessment is on a continuous basis and you will need to compile a portfolio of your work throughout the course. The NVQ will be assessed in the college and work placement.
