Introduction
This qualification has been designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills in the full range of functions involved in systems support, including service delivery, planning and control.

Description
The course has been designed for those wanting to gain employment in the IT industry and those already employed in the industry that want to improve their skills. You will cover topics like hardware and software installation, customer support and planning service delivery. You will be required to achieve six units, three of which are compulsory: * Service delivery, planning & control * Hardware/equipment and systems installation * Customer support provision Plus you will take three optional units from the remaining units which include software installation, system and network management, ICT acquisition.

Method of Study
Most of the subjects are assessed through assignments, projects and group work. Some assessment will be through online testing.

Progression
You can take the Cisco CNP qualification or go on to work for any business in a systems support role. There will be a great demand for your skills.
