Is the course for me?
The NVQ 2 Team Leadership is aimed at individuals who work in a business environment where they provide leadership for a team of staff, manage their own resources and develop good working relationships with colleagues and senior management.

What will I learn?
You will learn how to produce a portfolio which evidences how you apply the principles and processes of Managment and Leadership into your own area of work.

How will I be assessed?
The course requires students to build a portfolio of evidence across all units, four of which are mandatory and two are optional. The course does not require students to complete any formal examinations.

What can I do after the course?
On successful completion of the course, you can progress onto a level 3 vocational qualification in Management.
