The Welsh Bac is a qualification that you can study alongside your AS/A Levels or GCE course in Pwllheli or GCE Applied Business in Dolgellau.
The qualification will equip you with a broad range of skills required by universities and employers. On the course you will carry out research, make presentations, and take part in debates, visits in the local community and complete assignments/diaries or projects in the following areas:

▪ Wales, Europe & the World
▪ Personal and Social Education - equal opportunities, ethical and moral issues, active citizenship, voluntary service, health education and 30 hours community placement Work-related Education - working with an employer and team enterprise
▪ Key Skills - Communication,
▪ Application of Number, ICT, Working with Others, Improving Own Learning, Problem Solving

The Intermediate Diploma is available in Dolgellau and it can be combined with BTEC First Diploma in Business.
