This course is designed to provide specialist work-related qualifications for a range of uniformed public sector organisations. It is assessed through assignments, projects and case studies and consists of 3 core units and 3 specialist subjects covering a variety of subjects relevant to working in the uniformed public service industry.
About this course
Normally students 16 - 19 years of age will require a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade D to G, or equivalent qualifications. Entry is dependent on a selection interview. Entry for mature students without formal qualifications is at the discretion of the Faculty.

Successful completion of the course will enable students to progress to higher level courses such as the National Award, Certificate or Diploma.
