This Build your own MA (BYOMA) short course aims to frame current debates and trends in creative media production practices in relation to cross-platform media and ‘360° degree’ commissioning and provision. You will be exposed to emergent issues surrounding a more fluid relationship between hitherto perceived distinct media platforms, and will closely analyse new media environments and experiences, as audiences become more involved in media production themselves. Finally, you will explore the changing relationship between different media, and new practices that are the result of these new mutual instances of cross media production.
