Anyone carrying out gas work must complete an ACS qualification every five years to prove they are competent and to be able to remain registered with the Gas Safe Register. Gas workers who sat their ACS qualification five years ago will now be due for re-assessment. All students will sit the CCN1 module in Domestic Gas Safety. You can also sit one or more of the following modules.

Description:

· CKR1 Domestic gas cooking appliances
· HTR1 Domestic gas fires and wall heaters
· WAT1 Domestic gas water heaters
· CEN1 Domestic gas central heating and circulators
· MET1 Domestic gas meters
· CPA1 Combustion Performance Analysis
Progression:
Become Gas Safe registered.
