Course programme

As well as attending the English classes, you’ll have plenty of opportunity for more English study after your formal classes have finished for the day. Our dedicated English language teaching centre – complete with students’ common room and computer facilities – is located next to the main campus, and right in the centre of the historic city of Canterbury, and our library is open every evening and at the weekend. Canterbury Christ Church University is renowned for academic excellence, a warm welcoming atmosphere and a strong community spirit. During the academic year you’ll be able to participate in Canterbury Christ Church Student Union activities and clubs and can join sports clubs or (for a small membership fee) join the new university gym. Canterbury and the surrounding area have lots to offer you too – and you’ll be less than an hour from London, and all it has to offer. There are excellent travel links to Europe too, with easy access to Paris, Amsterdam and the rest of continent via Eurostar or ferry.
