This is a specialist course suitable for anyone wanting to develop the culinary skills for a Gluten free diet
Description Breakdown:
The course will involve practical demonstrations and cookery workshops within an informal professional kitchen environment. Utilising products that are gluten free to ensure dishes are suitable for specialist diets. Included will be sweet and savoury dishes such as pastries, sponges, soups, sauces, rice, fish and poultry dishes. Fresh ingredients will be used and recipes will be provided.
