Course description This is an exciting and vocationally relevant course that offers the opportunity for in depth study into graphic and digital design practice covering units in graphic design animation illustration photography web and digital design. You will be taught design principles and skills required for the conception of initial ideas through to finished products using industry standard computer applications.

3. Entry requirements A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A*C including English Lanuage and art or design related subject. If you have not taken an art related subject at GCSE you will be required to show a portfolio of work. 4. Equipment required Please enquire at your interview. 5. Assessment method There are no formal exams all assessment is based on coursework where the emphasis is on practical work written work is however required. The course consists of 18 units which will each be graded as a pass merit or distinction. These results will then be complied to give your final course grade.
