Our Guild accredited Anatomy and Physiology home study course includes an excellent 216 page full colour text book "Anatomy & Physiology for Holistic Therapists", plus an online learning system which includes extra learning materials, website links and online quizzes for you to complete. You study the manual at home, and then log on to the online system to review any extra material and complete the quizzes.

What happens when I sign up?

After we receive your registration form and payment we will post you your course manual and details of how to log in to online learning.

What will I learn about?

The course is divided into 11 sections:

At the end of the book there are also 57 pages of workbook questions that you can use to prepare yourself for the online quizzes.

What support will I get?

The online learning system has integrated email support, which is given by the authors of the course manual so you really will get helpful, knowledgeable answers.

What if I am dyslexic or visually impaired?

The course book is not only available in paper form, but for an extra £15 you can also get an audio book on CD. Listen at home, in the car, etc. There is also a large print version of the book for visually impaired students.

Do I need anything special on my computer?

No, all you need is a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari and Adobe Reader for pdf files. So if you can surf the internet you can take our course!

How is my work marked?

The online course questions are all multiple choice or similar. The computer instantly marks each set of questions and your total score is revealed. You need a score of 75% or more to be successful.

What if I fail a module?

If you cannot complete a module on the first attempt, you do get a second attempt. If you still cannot pass your tutors will contact you to offer support before you make a final attempt.

Do I need to complete any paperwork?

No. Everything is submitted online and the system keeps track of all of your scores so you can monitor your progress.

How do I complete the course?

Once you have successfully completed all course modules you will be able to download your course certificate as a pdf. file to print out. You will receive a full colour Guild accredited certificate to display in your salon or therapy room.
