Midlands Based company will provide you with a consultation to identify areas where your Local Authority Food Safety Officer would rate your business as failing/requires improvement . A 'pre-inspection' report will identify where your business needs to target improvements. You will then receive coaching on your 'Safer Food Better Business Pack' ,Support and Guidance and a Tool Kit, will also be given on site, to train key staff in the principles of your Safer Food Better Business and all areas critical to food safety within your business. This also includes a Self Help DVD and Business Pack. Certificated by PJ Dawson Malone Ltd which is an accredited CIEH Training Centre.
