Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
This course helps candidates understand the requirements of Food Safety Management Systems, based on HACCP. The course can be combined with a refresher course to remind people of food safety facts and issues. Mock HACCP plans are completed on the course, to help candidates apply the principles of HACCP to their own kitchen.
If it has been some time since your team updated their food hygiene training then the HACCP workshop can be combined with a Level 2 Award in Food Safety update. The combined courses can be carried out over 1 day or 2 half-days.
How long does it take?
The course is run over 3 ½ hours - there is no exam but candidates receive a certificate of attendance.
