Half-day awareness course: Mental Health Awareness

Course Overview
An awareness course designed to explore mental health illnesses and to develop an understanding of the risks/resilience model. The session will also help you to identify some strategies in home and school situations and where to go for help.

Course Structure
Venue: Thanet College Professional Development Centre (upstairs in OLRC / Library).

Mode of Attendance: 3 hour session.

Qualification Aims
A functional awareness of mental health.

Assessments/Examinations
The session has no assessment.

There will be an attendance certificate on completion of the session.
