When these points are massaged, using specific techniques, they release blocked energy and bring the body to good health. Hand Reflexology harmonises all the body's functions, helping to improve blood and nerve supply and release toxins.

Stress and tension are relieved and the mind and emotions are calmed. Hand Reflexology is ideal for preventing dis-ease and maintaining and extending optimum health. It can be used for self-treatment, or where foot Reflexology is not appropriate.
