Harness Awareness

This course is aimed at those required to utilise harnesses in order to complete hazardous operations at height, providing them with the knowledge and skills required to reduce the risks associated with the use of such equipment.

The course covers:
•The Work at Height Regulations 2007
•Safe working practices
•Controlling work at height
•Harness selection
•Correct fitting and adjustment
•Inspection intervals
•The use and selection of lanyards
•Fall prevention and fall arrest
•Suspension trauma

This course is for a maximum of 12 delegates. This course can be held at your premesis (depending on size and requirements) or our offices (Rainham, Essex). We can schedule this course for a different day and provide courses at short notice if required.
