Health and Safety in Quarries Description and objective: A specific course aimed at all those employed in the mineral extractive Industry, from loading shovel operators to Quarry Managers. The course is based upon the Quarries Regulations 1999 and covers, vehicle safety, excavations and tips, the health and safety document, and barriers. It is delivered by a trainer with over 18 years experience within the Quarrying Industry.
Regulations 24-29 (Explosives) not included.
