Qualification: City & Guilds NVQ level 2 Health and Social Care

Course Length: Approximately 12 months

Suitable For: This NVQ is for you if you work in a health and social care setting and are a full or part time worker, paid or voluntary worker.

The Course
The course is delivered by a combination of on site assessment, learner statements, witness testimonies and questioning with attendance at off the job training sessions as required.

Course content includes
To achieve a level 2 NVQ, you must complete a total of six units - four mandatory and two optional.Mandatory units

• Communicate with, and complete records for individuals
• Support the health and safety of yourself and individuals
• Develop your knowledge and practice
• Ensure your own actions support the care, protection and well being of individuals
