Who is it for?
This course has been specifically designed for Health and Social Care Workers who have already completed NVQ Level 3. It is a nationally recognised qualification aimed at staff in junior management roles.
What is the course about?
Developing greater management skills in the allocation of resources and staff development. You must already be in a Health and Social Care environment to complete this course.
Course overview- The Award has links to NVQ level 4 management and the Registered Managers Award. It also links to NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- The candidate must complete 8 units, 4 core plus 4 optional.
- This award is applicable to candidates with a supervisory or management responsibility for other staff or autonomy in developing service responses to client needs.
