  • The customer service I received from HRUK was outstanding, and they made the process of signing up to my NVQ very simple. Only half way through my course but so far I have already developed my skills more than I originally expected.

  • 2nd course I've done for free through hruk at work- both really good experiences. Always polite and helpful company to deal with.

  • Enjoyed doing this course it gave me the extra accreditation towards my job role.

What I would highlight: The customer service I received from HRUK was outstanding, and they made the process of signing up to my NVQ very simple. Only half way through my course but so far I have already developed my skills more than I originally expected.
What could be improved: The course has to be finished in 12 months and no sooner, which means there isnt a chance of receiving my certification early
