Healthy Eating Workshops

Course Details:

This activity helps to promote a healthy diet and healthy eating, with a particular emphasis on Caribbean and Japanese food, and cultures. The practitioners' are Jamaican and Japanese, and offer a fantastic introduction to diverse culinary practises.

A Bespoke Workshop Structure!

Nugent Education do offer a bespoke service to schools and youth organisations. All our workshops, activities and events, are structured according to individual organisation and participant needs. Many of our workshops may seek to reflect or teach various aims, objectives or skills, whereas, with others, it may be more about a creative experience, or simply a positive fun activity.

Nugent Education Limited's workshops', classes and after school activities run from one hour taster sessions, to half (2hrs) & full (4hrs) day.
