Heavenly Christmas Cupcakes

Do you dream of a christmas filled with home-made goodies, being able to make heavenly, dreamily delicious cupcakes so very easily and quickly, decorated in a way that makes them look like you've spent hours on them when really they've only taken you a few minutes? If so this is the course for you!

No artistic flair is needed to make these so don't worry about how much imagination you have, we'll teach you how to make and flavour the mixture to give you light, great tasting cakes and then teach you how to make different icings with an all important Christmas theme. You'll make:

Gingerbread

Fruit and Nut Florentine

Chocolate Truffle Cupcakes

Then we'll give you some expert tuition in how to decorate them easily and simply (but with dramatic effect) with foodsafe glitters and sugarpaste.

The course takes place in Letchworth from 8pm-10pm, this is a hands on course, all ingredients, utensils and aprons will be provided.Splat reserve the right to reschedule workshops in case of illness or minimum bookings not being met. Once booked onto the course the place must be paid for in full and if you are unable to attend we're really sorry but you will not be refunded or be able to transfer to an alternative unless we can find someone else to take your place.,
