Course Content
Year 2
A2 Unit 3: The making of modern Britain 1951 - 2007 (30% total A Level marks)
Change and continuity over approximately 50 years, post war affluence and boom, followed by an era of reaction. How issues such as economic performance, party-political reinvention and multiculturalism have changed Britain by 2007.
A2 Unit 4: Historical enquiry: Coursework (20% total A level marks)
Guided investigation of 3500 words - the subject will be negotiated with your tutor marked internally, and moderated by AQA.
