for yourself;

improves your research skills;

orally and on paper;

group work.
How is the Course assessed?
Assessment is identical for both the Early Modern and Modern History courses.
AS - Year 1
Both units will be assessed by written examinations.
A2 - Year 2
Unit 3 will be assessed by written examination. Unit 4 is coursework.
