One Higher Grade pass, plus two Standard Grade passes or an SGA Intermediate 2 in Hospitality. Students with appropriate industrial experience may be accepted without formal qualifications.

Job opportunities exist throughout the UK and abroad at supervisory, and operational level in a range of hotels, restaurants, holiday resorts, and conference centres, bars and clubs, cruise liners, industrial and, commercial outlets.

Course Assessment:
The course is assessed in the college¿s realistic work environment,, where students get the opportunity to apply theory to practical, situations. Students are encouraged to apply practical skills to project, and theory-based assessments. Where the practical training suites are, not available in the college, case study assessments are based on, real industrial establishments.
