This course encourages students to develop an in-depth knowledge of business law alongside a firm grasp of the business environment It encourages the development of the skills required to evaluate and interpret the principles and concepts that underpin business law within a broad range of contexts Specialist Business Law modules provide a focused and in-depth exploration of contemporary ideas and practice Students studying Business Law also study core modules alongside students on the Marketing and Finance pathways This balance of specialist studies in Business Law alongside other business skills is a key feature of the course that provides our students with the flexible knowledge and expertise required to enter the professional world of business

What may it lead to?If students successfully complete the programme then, subject to meeting entry criteria the College offers a BA (Hons) Business Studies top-up, to help students achieved their potential within a familiar dedicated environment
Entry RequirementsApplicants must have GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above and at least one of the following: 1 A level at C or above or a BTEC National Diploma at MMM or equivalent Applications are also welcomed from students with Access qualifications or from mature students with relevant experience in the business sector International Applicants are required to have reached B2 level score (IELTS 55 across all sections) in UK Border Agency approved tests in English
