About this course
Two Higher Grade passes at level C or above. Alternatively, a range of SQA modules or other relevant industry qualifications will be considered. HNC in Travel or Tourism may take you directly into year 2. Students with appropriate work experience may be accepted without formal qualifications.

Students who successfully complete the HND may progress directly the third year of a relevant degree programme at a range of Scottish universities.
Career Potential:
Successful completion can lead students into supervisory or junior management positions within the industry.
Course Assessment:
The course is assessed by a variety of methods, including computer-based calculations, assignments, role plays, short answer questions, open book assessment and completion of written reports.
