Horticulture Practical Skills
Qualification: NPTC C>EMPBR Programme Area: Landbased

Description:
You will learn practical horticultural skills including propagation, soil preparation, plant care and pruning. You will work at Gardd Y Bryn, the Victorian walled garden at Abergavenny, and the commercial garden centre at the Usk Campus.

A programme of garden visits may be included in the course. This course could be combined with the RHS general certificate course.

Progression:
RHS general certificate in horticulture; NVQ level 2 horticulture.
