Hospitality EDEXCEL BTEC First Diploma Level 2

You'll need: five GCSEs at grade D or above including English and mathematics., or equivalent qualification. Some work experience of the industry is helpful.

You'll learn: about key concepts in the hospitality industry such as; food safety, food and beverage service, teamwork in hospitality, customer service and fron of house services.
