The Diploma has 6 components. You need to achieve all 6 components to be awarded the Diploma. The components are:

Qualification Aims
The Higher Diploma inHospitality (Level 2)

Assessments/Examinations
A range of assessment methods are used including assignments, case studies, projects, 1-2-1 discussions, group work, presentations,examinations and coursework. A final grade is awarded at the end of the programme.

Cost / Equipment
A£25 (non-refundable) contribution towards educational visits is required at the start of the course. Protective clothing and chefs knives will also be required.
