Interview and initial assessment Satisfactory references. A predicted minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent (including English& Maths ). Post 16 GCSEs 2C & 2 D

Qualification Aims
The Higher Diploma in Hospitality (Level 2)

Assessments/Examinations
A range of assessment methods are used including assignments, case studies, projects, 1-2-1 discussions, group work, presentations, examinations and coursework. A final grade is awarded at the end of the programme.

Cost / Equipment
You will need protective clothing and knives which we can arrange through a specialist supplier at a cost of approximately£240

A£25 (non-refundable) contribution towards educational visits is also required at the start of the course.
