The Hospitality Quick Service qualification has been introduced for the Fast Food providers within the Industry.

The Fast Food Providers tend to be overlooked for qualifications. The qualification was developed to help the Fast Food businesses provide a good service to their customers. Even though the customers are going through the business quicker it is still important that they receive good service and that the food being served it served and cooked properly.

The qualification looks at Health and Safety issues. Many fast food operations work with Hot Oil and Equipment. The operations tend to work under pressure at certain times of the day and it is important that the candidates know the importance of working in a safe working environment. Working with your team members and customers is also an important part of Hospitality in any establishment. Customer Care Skills are covered, maintaining the work environment is also an important part of the operation.

Food Hygiene is covered and there are several units which can be used to complete. These cover groups like sandwiches, burgers, pizza, fish, chicken, depending on the type of establishment. These units would cover the preparation and cooking of foods.

There are extra units which can be covered which again can be chosen depending on the establishment and the requirements of the business.

Working in a Fast Food environment can be stressful at times as the demand for food will increase at various times of the day.
