Hot Stone therapy dates back over 2000 years and its powerful effects and benefits have only recently been rediscovered . Using specially prepared and heated stones, the treatment warms and relaxes the client, releasing tension. Course times are from 10.30 am to about 4.30 pm depending on the group size.The group size is kept at ten or below for individual attention.
